For agencies that place locum doctors
Every booking’s paperwork on one list, soonest first.
Doctors upload their documents, your staff sight each copy, and each hospital gets its pack in its own order, by one link.
Book a demoYou fill in a short form. A reply comes by email. Your details are deleted once your request is dealt with.
How it works
A booking is one doctor, one hospital and one block of dates, with that hospital’s own checklist.
Get items in
Doctor's turnYou invite the doctor by email. They upload each document once, and again only when it renews, and name referees, who each get a form link.
References can take the longest.
Sight each copy
Your turnYour staff open each uploaded copy and mark it Sighted by your agency. They look up the public Ahpra register by hand.
Build and send
Your turnLanyard puts the pack in the hospital’s own order. You look it over and press Send. The hospital gets one review link, not attachments, and needs no account.
Hospital answers
Hospital's turnThe officer opens the link with a one-time code, downloads the pack, then records Received complete or sends an item back with a reason.
Sent back? It returns to your Today list. The hospital then gets version 2, showing what changed.
Received complete means the hospital has everything on its list. The hospital's own credentialing decision comes after, and is the hospital's alone.
Reminders to doctors and referees go by themselves. Chases from your staff and packs to hospitals go only when someone presses Send. Doctors hear from 90 days before a document runs out; your agency, from 7.
Your morning, on one list
The Today list shows each booking that needs your agency, soonest first, with one next step each.
Who sees a doctor's file
- Your agency sees the whole file of each doctor it invites.
- A hospital sees only what is on its list, for that booking.
- Any other agency has to ask first, and the doctor says yes or no to each item.
- The doctor can see who opened their file, and when. If they stop sharing, any open review link closes.
- Inside your agency, roles decide. Finance sees billing only.

What Lanyard does not do
- It checks nothing itself. Your staff do the looking, in step 2.
- It is not your roster or payroll. Open shifts and offers are extras that can be switched on. They start off.
- Doctors cannot sign themselves up. They join from your invitation email.
- It does not replace a hospital’s own forms. A hospital may still ask for its own.
See one booking run
Someone walks you through it with made-up people, as the agency, the doctor and the hospital in turn.
